KatePrince William and Kate Middleton first came into contact when they were at St. Andrews in 2001. The story goes that Prince William went to an event where Kate Middleton wore a transparent dress. This sparked his fascination. They were together. Middleton was in a shared room with Prince William in their second year at St. Andrews. Kate Middleton started to be the target of media attention around this point. It led to a myriad of people who threatened legal lawsuits against Kate Middleton, as with her family lawyer. The relationship between them ended in 2007 between William as well as Kate. The rumors began to circulate that they had got back together.
